This was the owner... Alii Chang, a very personable individual, who greeted us and said you may pick the lavender... it needs always to be picked to continue blooming... he was mowing the grassy paths with the weed wacker.
They provided us umbrella's which were much appreciated ... the purple bag tells you we didn't only pick the flowers but bought some wonderful lavender things...
A wonderful garden to visit and worth visiting again... in the sunshine... superb even in the mist and rain

Driving past sugar cane in the fields after coming down out of the mountain... they were burning it everyday...
Our last evening eating a delicious buffet dinner at the Italian restaurant Va Bene, on the patio watching the sun go down and the stars come out
The pink bromeliad with Ti leaf that was given to us on the Road to Hana trip... you smell the slight citrus fragrance when you squeeze the flower and let go
My orchid lei with wonderful fragrant white tuberose mixed in among the orchids. Smells wonderful... will try and wear it as much as possible before it turns all brown
It is time to say good bye and one last look out from the patio
